Can someone please tell me if I can record a video group chat in Whatsapp or Viber and record the audio/voices. I have a Samsung A20 phone. I need this recording for evidence. I have been able to record faces, but no voices! Can anyone help me ... not too technical!

On Whatsapp, you can simply record the screen by swiping up from the bottom of the screen and access Control Centre. In the Control Centre, you will see the screen recording icon and your WhatsApp video call will be recorded. You need to install a separate voice recording app such as cube call recorder to record only voice
