Recycling Samsung Tab A

I sent my Samsung Tab A back to Samsung as the SD card when inserted was not reconized they found the motherboard had gone and wanted £100 to put anew one in I decided not to get it repaired the tablets other fuctions work as i ever used it i now want to recyle it ?

If the motherboard is fried there is not much to recycle
