Galaxy A5-2017 - background music plays while one call

Hello

While on voice call If phone receives text message or even whatsapp message, background music starts playing and continues after voice call is ended. It stops once the text message is opened. It is absolutely annoying. Is there anyway stop this?

Check your ringtones. It is possible you have set a long mp3 as notification ringtone.

Thanks Marco Sarli. I have checked the notification sound. In fact I have switched off notification sound!

Glad to have helped.It would have been better, I think,
to put the notification sound on something very short.
