motorola moto M struct in ap fastboot flash mode

mymobile phone is struct AP fastboot flash mode showing battery:low.
Even after charging for 4-5 hours.
Also i tried replacing cable, still showing battery:low.
AP fastboot flash mode is showing only when phone is plugged in.
i am not able to understand weather it is a battery problem or boot problem or some other hardware problem.
Please help if anybody knows the solution.

Hi have you tried rebooting in normal mode? Can you take battery out? If not can you get to battery without damaging phone if so disconnect battery wait 30 seconds then replace and reboot, have you got a picture of your screen
