Samsung Galaxy Note 3 — Verizone Unlocked Phone for Fido in Canada- Mobile Hotspot Not Working

I have a Verizone Unlocked Phone from US , but the Mobile hotspot does not work. Samsung, Fido and Verizone contacts didint help at all. How to get this done... Any suggestions...???
Will a Factory Reset remove the Verizone Settings form the Phone ??
