Samsung Galaxy Tab — copying new rom to tablet with only wtrp on

Please advise, have pro 8.4 with wtrp on and have wiped everything else of, and no backup.
Am trying to copy new rom to device and although it is visible on computer I cannot copy to it.
dba does not see it?
What else can I do?
