I have a galaxy note 3 that the screen has turned completley black on. i have photos that are stuck in the gallery plus app didnt back them up to the sd card they are on the internal memory. is there any way to recover them with a computer i can not see anything on the screen im not very tech savy as they say and this is my first attempt at this kind of thing any help is greatly appreciated
