How to reset Airoplane Mode in Andriod Version 4.1 above

Hi,

We have a mobile app which tracks the vehicle (Telematics). Due to some time the GPRS not availablity , the modem can hang if the device try's more number of times. What can be a solution is to toggle the Airoplane mode which will in turn reset GPRS also. Is there any other method please.

Kindly help. Urgent..
