I have been going crazy....each time I go to anything google, including the play store it says it is not functioning.
Then it has now started with a error message ~ Unfortunately the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped. This is exactly how it pops up on my phone. I have done everything from removing, reinstalling, rebooting anything with google. I have a google account which says its active but I cannot get into it.
Please help!

Maybe you have to hard reset after you have finished backup. Good luck to you.

Try to have a reset factory setting and try it again. But remember to back up your files before doing that.

Create a new google account and see if this works and if you can log in to it. If you can the problem is with your old account. If you can not the problem is with your phone
