Why my easyacc power bank can not charging my Acer Tab a 500

Hi guys,

I've bought EasyAcc 2nd Gen 10000mAh Power Bank yesterday. and seems working great with charges to my android phones.. but i' ve noticed when i charge my acer a500 it takes like over 12hrs++ and battery still show 0%

anyone have similar problem to me? or this is meant to happen?

I've tried several usb cables and adapters just to isolate the problem. Seems the input for the power bank is slow? any way to solve this ? if not can you guys recommend me a better power bank that can charge my acer a 500, i need one can charge it.

Hello Allen
There are different power outputs for different power banks
You should check if you power bank has 2.1 A output port as tablets need 2.1+ A current to charge
