How can I change Android os from 2.2.2 to 3.0 of my tablet.

Hi,
I have Spice Mi-720 Android OS Tablet. The current OS of my tablet is Android 2.2.2 and I want to change it to 2.3 or 3.0. I already root my tablet and now I can able to delete, change system application like Android default browser,etc.
